Everyone in the office is friendly and personable, and at the same time professional and happy you help you. They seem just as exited about my vision correction as I am! the office is clean and comfortable. Coming here is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Procedure was much easier than I thought. Had my procedure in the morning and was driving by the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Everyone was very friendly and made me very comfortable. The exam and procedure were both quick and easy and the next day I can see! They were incredibly thorough, double-checking my diagnosis on the day of my procedure and making sure my recovery is progressing well. If my vision ever gets worse they will correct it again for free. Can't lose!
Easy peasy. They walk you through what the procedure is going to be like and answer any questions you may have. Procedure is super quick and easy. Maybe less than five minutes. No pain during either.
However, I have to rate down due to Synchrony Financial (Synchrony Bank). The financial institution they use for loans is very shady. I am currently in a legal dispute over "late" payments. I would advice anyone getting lasik surgery from this company either take your own loan out or just pay all up front.
