Terrible experience with their customer service and the warranty plan. Good luck if the furniture gets damaged when delivered. It's been 10 months since my damaged couch arrived and it's still damaged. You get the same answer every time you call customer service or deal with the store management....."we are working it out with the manufacturer or we will call you back"...Definitely should have bought from a different place.
Patricia Leis was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Even though she was helping 3 separate couples at the same time she made us feel like we were her priority. I bought a reclining loveseat and when it was delivered my wife did not think it was comfortable. I called up Patti, made an appointment to try another and walked out less than a half hour later with a new order. 5 days later we had a new, more comfortable recliner sitting in our living room.
Bonnie “Bo” has provided us with excellent service. We had been to other stores but didn’t find what we needed at a reasonable price. When we went to Morris furniture on Willmington Rd near Dayton and told her what we wanted she led us straight to the chair that met our needs. Afterwards when our order got messed up in the system she helped expedite our order and delivery. She made all the difference in being a well satisfied customer to being a disappointed customer.
I needed to shop for a new dresser, so as a long standing customer with Morris Furniture, my first thought was to look there first. An added bonus happened when I walked in, sales associate, Noah, was happy to see us and anxious to help find exactly what I wanted. He was very informed of knowing the type I wanted and showed us exactly what I was looking for. Noah helped us in making a purchase for our home a pleasant experience. It was evident to me that he enjoyed what he was doing at his job. I will definitely recommend Morris Furniture to my family and friends.
Very pleased with the look and styling of the furniture we purchased. They appear to be of good quality, although we'll have to wait and see on that. The sales associate we worked with was fairly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The delivery team was very good and thorough. We had a problem with 1 of the pieces and already have the repair scheduled.
