Every time I come into town cassano's is the first place a eat at, love the pizzas
I have always loved Cassano’s. The last couple times I have ate at the Centerville store it’s been horrible. No sauce on my wings, pizza was made wrong, forgot my extra sauces, and my pizza was soggy from the grease.
The last two times I’ve ordered they have gotten my order wrong!!. Called the call center, and they are a complete joke. Extremely unhelpful, and did not care. This was both the call rep, and the manager that I spoke to. The company seems to have no sense of customer service. Extremely disappointed, and will never be ordering from here again!!! I recommend saving your money, and going elsewhere.
A classic I grew up with most of my life. Their pepperoni & sausage thin crust is great.
Good pizza! Note: they use salt to prevent the pizza from sticking/burning (instead of oil) so their pizza may taste salty if you're not used to it. You can always ask them not to use salt, but the crust will be quite "toasty" as a result. I recommend the thin crust! On a side note Cassano's has never been known for it's delivery time, so adjust your schedule accordingly!
