Consistently failed to get orders right. Can't even order from them and I live a half mile away. A customer service disaster.
Good food. Wish they cut sandwiches in half. Always have to ask.
I have never had a problem with delivery. Tonight I used the drive thru and made a simple order. I get home and I have two totally different sandwiches than what I asked for. I called and told the girl what had happen and she put a gentleman on the phone. I had to explain myself again and he asked if I wanted to come back or have a store credit. When I asked if that was my only option he did not understand what I meant. I asked if I could have it delivered and he said it would have a delivery charge. When I asked why, because it was their mistake he said he didn't understand. I asked what part of it he wasn't understanding? He said their had to be a delivery charge because I originally picked it up. NOT ORDERING JIMMY JOHNS EVER AGAIN!!!!!
I did not get to eat at this location on this visit. They had closed early without any warning. The drive through is convenient.

Best customer service in town! I go every morning around 930 to get my lunch, and the guy working early is very polite. I don't think they are open yet, but he still waits on me.
Over half the time the food is a good value for the dollar the other half it depends on who makes the sandwiches. Doesn't seem to be a lot of uniformity in portions and overall quality. The staff is the majority of the time very polite but often you can hear through the drive-thru window obscene language from the staff. Not appreciated.
