First visit. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They immediately took my dog back upon arrival, and were quick to ask what her symptoms were. I think prices seem fair, as it's an emergency vet and they are open 24 hours a day unlike your home vet. I'd definitely recommend them.

Do not go here. Read the other reviews, I should've. So our real vet (not from here) told us our cat had days to weeks to live and if she didn't get any better from the steroid shot that she should be put to sleep. Well, she didn't get better. It was later at night and we had no other options, so we went here. What a mistake.

Google how much the average cost of euthanasia is for a cat. Go ahead, just copy "average cat euthanasia cost" and paste it in Google. I'll wait.

My wife and I recently were faced with the tough decision of have our dog laid to rest. The place was very busy when we arrived but we were attended to quickly. Our dog was treated kindly and with great care up until the moment came to say goodbye. Even after she had passed the vet handled her with such care. Although our visit was heart wrenching we were treated very well. Thank you for that.

My puppy is sick so I am trying to find a good emergency place to take her but after reading these reviews I'm scared! Most of the reviews even if they are good ones are about euthanizing their pet because that was the better option

They charged us OVER THREE-HUNDRED. The same price it would've cost us for a licensed vet to drive an hour to do the euthanasia in the comfort of our own home. Then they tell us that we HAVE to pay a 30 some dollar fee just to keep her body there until the burial place picks her up. What a joke.

I'll be fair and say the people were decent, nothing special, they seemed tired and careless and just trying to get to the next patient. Average service. I was in the lobby with my cat in my lap, and one of the girls from the front that checked us in walked a dog right out in front of her, to give to an owner 1 seat down from me, and didn't even ask if she was okay around dogs or try to keep the dog away from her. Seriously? I wish I caught your name. That dog could've EFFORTLESSLY snatched my cat.

We signed up online and filled out the form. We get there, they tell us that it takes 24 hours to update on the server and we have to fill out all the forms again. Whatever I guess no big deal. This girl comes and takes our cat, and doesn't tell us much about whats even going to happen. We said we wanted to be with her at all times, due to the fact that she's fragile and has what seems to be panic attacks under any stress. Anyways, nope. We cant see our baby in her last hours to live because they'd rather keep her locked up in a CAGE around other animals. I can hear here tiny breathless mews in my head..How is that humane? No vet should take YOUR PET away from you during their last hours alive, its beyond messed up. That had me going enough, but get this;

Overall going here was a huge mistake and I regret it tremendously. My girls final moments should have been everything but what it was, and you're to blame DCC, so thanks for robbing us and making my girl petrified before she passed.

We had just returned home from a week long vacation to find our cat not doing well at all. We kind of knew this was probably the end for her. When we took her in we were greeted warmly by the two receptionists late that night and I immediately felt comfortable handing over our cat to the staff for examination. Dr. Miller then came out to explain the findings which weren't the best. She was comforting and gracious and even offered us time to think about it. She did not rush us or appear bothered by all our questions. She carefully walked us through the decisions of what to do with her remains, etc. She offered us time to be with our beloved Peaches to say goodbye. When checking out and paying for the services the receptionist continued to be warm and friendly and offered her condolences. Two days later we received a note of sympathy in the mail personally signed by Dr. Miller and staff. We also received one from our vet which I did not contact to let them know so Care Center must have gone above and beyond to do that. I appreciated their care and support during that difficult decision.
