I booked onlineand I needed car i was only late 4 mins late past 5:30pm. Person sitting at the counter wouldn't even look. He wouldn't even help if something thing happens.
I dont recommend this place to nobody. I made my reservation over the phone and they lied to me about pricings and they make you pay upfront to take your money. And when you go to pick up the car the owner treated me like garbage she has no Customer service skills at all. This is not a good place to rent a car.they make it seem like your money isnt worth renting there as if your renting for free. Also if when you get there and decide not to rent because of the cruel treatment they dont give you a refund so your stuck with the rental and the bad treatment. Please do not rent at this place you will regret it and be very sorry.

The customer service provided from the oner/manager was beyond disrespectful and very professional. The policies within the Budget cooperation are not stated when making online reservations. They do not honor stated prices quoted and reserved online. This property truly has no loyalty to their customers and make no accommodations for their customers inconveniences. Customer service is not a priority at this location and you will be spoken to in a very disrespectful manner. Please don't take your money or business to this location.
