Worst experience for a car rental. I've rented cars from all companies in most cities until I reached here. I called hours ahead to book a rental and asked what exactly would I need. I arrived and this guy is telling me to bring copies of my utility bills. Who walks around with utility bills wherever they go and what if I was out of town? and how come no other car rental companies ask for that? Am glad I took my money to a different car rental company. These guys wasted my time I'll never get back.
Very considerate, competent and fair. I had zero bad habits of trying to get me to get added not important services and 100% treated as if I was family. Very rare but appreciated service. Thank you.
I have rented from this location on many different occasions and it is by far the best experience I have had at any location, from any company. When I am in town this is the only location that I will ever rent from.

I love Emterprise and not just because they are one of the more affordable rental companies. I also love their customer service. They are always so friendly and accommodating, often going out of their way for the customer. [note: I'm talking about actual Enterprise employees, they contract out some aspects of their service department and the companies they contract with are TERRIBLE with customer service in my experience] The Loop Rd location is my absolute favorite place to rent from.
